Happy November!
Put your Jack-O-Lanterns, ghosts and goblins aside and make way for November – Repeat – NOVEMBER, not December, LOL! Do me a favor and make a small effort to hold off on Christmas Decorating until after Thanksgiving, pretty-please! Here’s a short and quick round-up post featuring some great Family Friendly local activities to check out this Month….and I threw in a few home décor links too.
Before we get to those, I have to pause for an aside: November holds a special place in my heart because… well, it is my Birthday Month! Unfortunately, my birthday usually happens to fall on the weekend after Thanksgiving and sometimes it’s forgotten or overshadowed, wah-waaaaah. On more than one occasion growing up, my Mom bought me the day-old, on-sale cake with the turkey image from the local grocery store bakery, while my older brothers feasted on delicious homemade cake in September. Oh the Trials and Tribulations of being a Third Child. (Not letting you live that one down, mom Ha!)
November Home Décor Ideas
If you’re still itching to dig up your Christmas Decorations, check out some of these ideas here from one of my favorite bloggers.
